Spinners Win!   Lowell, MA - After dropping eight of their last ten games, the Spinners got a gem from right-hander Jose Vaquedano (7-2) to end their drought, as Lowell edged Williamsport 1-0 in a classic pitcher's duel.   Vaquedano turned in his longest, and most importantly, his strongest outing of the year in front of 5,000 fans at sold-out LeLacheur Park.  Vaquedano went six innings, surrendered three hits, no runs, and struck out nine batters.  The Jay Gee's player of the game did not allow a walk on the night and is now tied for second in the New York-Penn League with seven victories.    David Sanders and Brian Marshall closed out the Crosscutters (39-25) in the last three innings, with Marshall striking out two batters in a perfect ninth to earn his fourth save of the season.   Brandon Moss knocked in the only run of the game for the Spinners (33-29) in the fourth inning on a fielder's choice.  Jeremy West hit his team-leading 16th double of the season and Matt Murton had two hits for the second night in a row.   The Spinners will take on Williamsport in the decisive game of the series tomorrow evening at 5:05 p.m. at LeLacheur Park.  Davey Penny (4-1) will take the hill for the Spinners and will oppose Williamsport's Alexander Lissir.  The call can be heard on WCAP 980 AM with Ryan Johnston.
