Spinners Win in Extra-Innings
  LOWELL - Brandon Moss singled home Jeremy West in the bottom of 11th inning as the Lowell Spinners nipped the Auburn Doubledays 2-1 before 5,000 fans at LeLacheur Park in New York-Penn League action.   The Spinners (37-33) tied the game at one in the bottom of the eighth inning when Scooter Jordan scored on error.   Abe Alvarez started for Lowell and was stellar on the mound going four scoreless innings scattering two hits while striking out four. Alvarez has not allowed an earned run over 19 innings of work this season. Brian Marshall (1-1) pitched to scoreless innings picking up the win.   The two teams close out the three-game homestand tonight with Lowell's Jonathan Papelbon (1-1, 4.70 ERA) opposing Auburn's Kurt Isenberg (6-2, 1.78 ERA). Game time is slated for 5:05 p.m. and can be heard on WCAP 980 AM.
