battling a fierce wind, made a terrific game ending catch.

storm that dumped over an inch of rain at Pringles Park in approximately
twenty minutes.
The rain out ruined Sammy Sosa's final game of a three game
rehabilitation assignment with the Diamond Jaxx.
After an off day on the 16th, the Diamond Jaxx headed to Zebulon,
North Carolina to close out the first half of the season with a four
game series with the Carolina Mudcats. Unfortunately for the Diamond

Wilson. Pinto didn't allow a hit until Billy Hall smashed a line drive
off Pinto's body. Pinto fired the ball late and past 1B Paul O'Toole's
glove. It was the only hit Carolina would get on the night.

the offense the Diamond Jaxx needed with a three run homer in the second
inning off Carolina starter Trevor Hutchinson. Cedeno would add a solo
shot in the ninth. He finished the night 3-5 with 4 RBI's. Dwaine Bacon
and Richard Lewis had two RBI's each to back Cedeno's performance.
