It was warm and windy at Wrigley Field and the "W" flag was flying afterward.

The Cubs won their third straight game in their last at-bat, this time 6-5 in 13 innings over Cleveland as Kerry Wood blew his second straight save against his former teammates.

Down a run, Kosuke Fukudome started the winning rally with a single, then stole second and scampered to third on a wild throw as Koyie Hill struck out. He scored on Andres Blanco's single.

Aaron Miles then singled Blanco to third and he scored on a wild pitch.

Micah Hoffpauir and Derrek Lee homered earlier, the fourth in three games for Lee who ran his hitting streak to 17 games.

Cubs' starter Ted Lilly made it through six innings but allowed two homers and three runs before he was lifted for a pinch-hitter (Hoffpauir). But he walked none, struck out six and allowed more than one baserunner in only two innings.

Lee tied the game in the fifth inning with Ryan Theriot on first base after a bunt single.

After the Indians' Jhonny Peralta nearly made Waveland Avenue with his homer to start the sixth inning, the Cubs came right back to take their first lead.

Fukudome began that inning with a double that broke an 0-for-23 slump. He was on third base with two outs when Hoffpauir pinch-hit for Lilly and slugged his fifth homer of the year, the third for Cubs pinch-hitters.

The Indians came back in the seventh to tie the game on a bases-loaded walk.

Jose Acanio put two men on base with one out before Sean Marshall was summoned. Pinch-hitter Travis Hafner blooped a single to load the bases, which brought on Carlos Marmol to face leadoff man Jamey Carroll.

Marmol struck out Carroll on a full count but walked Peralta on a full count to force in a run. He then whiffed Cleveland's most dangerous hitter, Victor Martinez.

It was the third blown save in six tries for Marmol, who was working for a third straight day.

Aaron Heilman was called to work the eighth inning and loaded the bases with walks but struck out pinch-hitter Kelly Shoppach. He also struck out pinch-hitter Mark DeRosa with two runners on.

It was the second straight inning the Indians left the bases loaded.
